Fly Fishing is a great way to enjoy the private water of central Texas. We offer the
beginner or novice casting and general know how classes. We also will make available
fly tackle to those that do not have their own for a small rental fee. Come relax and enjoy
Gods creation.

Fishing private waters in Central Texas is nothing short of quality. We manage or waters
to provide you with an above average opportunity to catch bass, crappie and cat fish.
These waters are usually soil conservation lakes that range from 5 ac to 35 ac. We also
have several stock type tanks that can produce some hawgs. Our goal is to provide both
serious anglers and families with the opportunity to catch quality fish. We know how
hard it can be to get a 5 or 6 year old to stay focused, so our goal is to keep them
catching fish. We also have rods and tackle for rent for those who do not have their own.

Things you will need to bring:
1) Texas fishing license
2) Insect repellant
3) Change of dry cloths
4) Day snacks and drinks.

We offer fully guided fishing trips on several Central Texas Fishing lakes. We fish Navarro Mills,
Aquilla, Cedar Creek and Richland Chambers. Our specialties include Crappie, Hybrid Striped Bass
and White Bass.

Hybrid Striped Bass- We fish on Cedar Creek and Richland Chambers. Both lakes can produce
some excellent fishing. Our preferred methods of catching hybrids in down rigging and trolling. It is
also effective to still or drift fish live bait.

Crappie- We fish Navarro Mills, Aquilla and Richland chambers. Our preferred methods for
catching slabs are Jigs and minnows over suspended fish. My personal favorite is night fishing. At
times those lights can produce not only lots of fish but some huge slabs.

White Bass- We fish Cedar Creek and Richland Chambers the most. Our preferred method of
fishing for White Bass is down riggers, and slabs.

These are just basic examples of how we fish but the methods change from day to day and the
situation.

The Boat- An 18' fully refurbished pontoon. I have found that the pontoon provides much more
comfort and also allows us to go anywhere that most boats can and several places that other styles
of boats can not.

Things provided- We provide all tackle and baits for the trip. You may bring that favorite rod or
bait that you have confidence in, but that is not necessary.

Things you need to bring with you- Sun block, a light change of over cloths if you plan to
fish in the evening or night. PDF's for youth under the age of 16. Snacks, drinks, and a cooler to
take fish home in. A Texas fishing license, please have this purchased before we meet to go out!
